香港签证怎么办理

Withregard to the orderly resumption of people to people and culturalexchanges between China and foreign countries, from March 15, 2021,the office of the special commissioner of the Ministry of foreignaffairs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will providethe following facilities to visa applicants who have been vaccinatedwith the COVID-19 vaccine produced in China and have obtained thevaccination certificate:
针对有序恢复中外人文交流，从2021年3月15日起，中国外交部驻香港特别行政区特派员办公室将为已接种中国生产的新冠肺炎疫苗并取得疫苗接种证明的签证申请人提供以下便利:
1.When overseas personnel and their families go to the mainland ofChina to resume work and production, they only need to provide thematerials required before the COVID-19 epidemic to apply for visas.The invitation letter, invitation letter or invitation verificationnotice issued by the Foreign Affairs Office of the people'sGovernment of the province (including autonomous regions andmunicipalities directly under the central government), the commercedepartment or the headquarters of the central state-owned enterprisewill no longer be accepted.
1.境外人员及家属前往中国内地复工复产，只需提供新冠肺炎疫情前所需材料即可办理签证。省(含自治区、直辖市)人民政府外办、商务部门或中央国有企业总部出具的《邀请函》、《邀请函》或《邀请核查通知书》不再受理。

2.The range of applicants eligible for visas for urgent humanitarianneeds will be expanded as appropriate. Chinese citizens or foreignfamily members of Chinese permanent residents, including spouses,parents, children and other close relatives living together(referring to brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandchildren),may apply for visas for the purpose of reunification and care.
2.出于紧急人道主义需要有资格申请签证的申请人范围将酌情扩大。中国公民或者中国永久居民的外籍家庭成员，包括配偶、父母、子女以及共同生活的其他近亲属(指兄弟姐妹、祖父母、孙辈)，以团聚、照顾为目的的，可以申请签证。

3.Persons holding APEC business travel cards may apply for M visa inmainland China by presenting valid APEC business travel cards andinvitation letters issued by mainland China inviting units.
3.持有APEC商务旅行卡的人士，可在中国内地凭有效的APEC商务旅行卡及中国内地邀请单位发出的邀请函申请M签证。
